For years now, our community has believed in the idea that ‘Email is broken’ and even gone as far as sharing advice on how to Escape E-mail Hell. There are countless companies that have set their mission on ‘fixing e-mail’. While I love tools like Slack, it’s not there to ‘fix e-mail’ because, as far as I’m concerned, e-mail isn’t broken.
