Now onto this week’s thoughts…

It's no surprise to anyone who knows me that I'm a football (soccer) fan. I enjoy the exciting moments and the pure skill that these amazing athletes show. But... what don't we see? Is it really about the game? Or is it about the practice? That daily grind. The constant conditioning that bring them up to the level where they can be a star. It isn't different for you and me. Our career trajectory is defined by our practice. By the work we put in. It has rewards, but that grind can be difficult on us too. It can get us on the path to fulfilling our quest.
