40 - halfway there

Hey!

I'm turning 40 this week.

Now, I'm not telling you this so you all send me gifts spontaneously, but rather that I think this is a milestone. It has given me the opportunity to think about the past 20+ years of my career and plan for the future. After all, if all goes well, I'm only halfway through my working journey. My birthday wish is that you would take a minute to read this and respond to the challenge at the bottom. It's never too late to dream AND plan for our career futures.
