Good morning (or afternoon depending on where you are) ,

I'm writing to you from Atlanta, GA where I landed late last night for two days of workshops. Working with remote teams is something that I really appreciate so 'culture' in remote teams is something I think about a lot.

What does the word culture mean to you?

I've always believed the culture forms organically through good communication and care for others but was recently presented with a different viewpoint that had another requirement... physical presence. This caught me by surprise and I did what I do when I question something; I researched, talked to friends, and wrote about it.

Check out this week's post about culture and how it is necessary to get the best results from your projects, your team, and even yourself!
