I wanted to continue talking with you about this UX series of posts by talking about UX strategy too. I really believe it's important to have a set of rules in almost everything you do and that goes for user experience design too! UX strategy is just that baseline, or better said goals and guidelines, so that everyone is always on the same page and working together. Seems simple, right? Not always!
