Change is Quick, Results Take Time

It seems that our digital world revolves around conversions. We strive to create experiences that cause the user to make that purchase or signup for that newsletter. Sometimes we are rewarded with huge increases and, at other times, punished by low conversions. We assume that while we can make changes quickly, that also means that we will see results just as quickly. That isn’t always the case.
