UX Design as a Problem Solver
The topic of this week’s article is something that has been rattling in the back of my head for some time.
As designers, we love to make things pretty. We work very hard to make everything we produce eye-catching, but we may not be asking the right questions of ourselves.
Are our designs impacting the experience of those who use the products? Are the products we are redesigning the ones which would most benefit from it? Will users adopt a new design if it doesn’t change the function of the product?
