I know it has been a few weeks, but I wanted to wish you all a happy 2016! As with any New Year, we look back at the past year and make a plan for the next one. Many of us resolve to lose a few pounds or spend more time at the gym, but my resolution is a little different. I resolve to simplify and become an MVP!
