I wanted to share something exclusively with all of you! As you know, I am passionate about UX-design, so I wrote this article to remove some of the mystery about the process a good UX-designer goes through to help a product find amazing success. I think it summarizes how I do work with companies of all sizes and gives some examples of my personal experiences with my great clients.
Take a few minutes and read it here!
I finally took the time to re-work some of my most appreciated cases to give you an even better insight into the story behind them. Enjoy!
In the Spring of 2011, I got a call from their Communications Department based in Älmhult, Sweden – ground zero of IKEA. Their Web Director was in the process of leaving the company and they were looking for a replacement.
It’s been a wonderful experience to be part of something from concept to final product launch and success. I’ve learn much about creating engaging digital products, the utility of agile development, and the need for constant improvements and refinement.
I got a call from Cecilia, the Market Communications Manager at Telia Sonera, a large telecommunications company for the Nordic countries. She was looking to assemble a team to implement a new visual identity for telia.se to match their redesign that had been done earlier that year.
